The service provider is a Hungarian individual entrepreneur (egyéni vállalkozó) entered under the registration number stated above in the Register of Individual Entrepreneurs maintained by the National Tax and Customs Administration of Hungary (NAV), in accordance with Act CXV of 2009 on individual entrepreneurs and individual companies (Evectv.).
4. Hosting and infrastructure
The platform is delivered using cloud hosting, storage, and content-delivery infrastructure operated by third-party providers acting as our processors, with primary data storage located in the European Union. 5. Supervisory authority
The activity is subject to Hungarian law. Consumer-protection oversight is exercised by the competent Hungarian government office (kormányhivatal) acting as consumer-protection authority. Tax matters are supervised by the National Tax and Customs Administration of Hungary (NAV).
6. Complaints and dispute resolution
Submit written complaints to or to the registered office. We answer written complaints substantively in writing within 30 days and retain the complaint and our response for three years. Consumers may contact the conciliation board competent for their residence or stay.
