Content Library

The Content Library shows the published posts of each connected account.

Account selector - Choose a connected account (such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or Threads) to load its posts.

Content grid - Browse posts with previews and key figures. Use Load more posts to go further back and Refresh to fetch the latest.

New Post - Start a new post from here.

Post details - Open a post to see a Feed or Story preview, its metrics, and a link to the live post. Copy the post ID for Meta Ads Manager when it is available.

Delete and hide - Deleting is supported for Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, and Pinterest posts. Instagram, TikTok, X, and Reddit posts must be deleted on the platform itself. You can also hide a post from the content calendar without removing it from any platform.

Client feedback - Clients can approve, request edits on, or decline shared posts.
