Start from a template - Choose a business, marketing, customer, or custom starting point, then adapt the name and description.

Write focused instructions - Describe the outcome, constraints, audience, and quality bar.

Add ordered steps - Combine research, writing, social content, campaign planning, tables, ad creative, or a preview.

Use the agent in chat - Select a saved agent or use an @agent mention when you want its instructions and recipe to guide the request.

Review before action - Agents do not grant extra permissions. Existing access, plan limits, approvals, and safety checks still apply.

Best practice - Give each agent one clear job, test it with a small request, and keep its instructions current.
