AI agents
Agents are reusable workspace assistants for repeatable content and research tasks. Each agent keeps its own instructions and an optional ordered recipe.
Start from a template - Choose a ready-made role or Start from scratch, then adapt the name, what it helps with, and the instructions (up to 4,000 characters).
Add ordered steps - Add up to 8 optional steps after the instructions, such as research, writing, social content, campaign planning, tables, or ad creative. Each step can have its own extra direction and output format.
Collect details up front - Add conversation starters and required information fields. They appear in the home chat before you message the agent.
Use the agent in chat - Choose an agent in the home chat or type @ to mention one. Mention one agent at a time.
Run on a schedule - Enable autonomous runs, then choose a timezone and weekly run times. Scheduled agents cannot ask for missing answers, so remove required fields first.
Manage your library - Search, copy, or delete agents. Agents and saved workflows share the same capacity limit.
Review before action - Agents do not grant extra permissions. Existing access, plan limits, approvals, and credit costs still apply.
