Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be erased from our systems within 24-48 hours.
Your Rights
Under GDPR and data protection regulations, you have the right to:
- •Request complete deletion of your personal data
- •Receive confirmation when your data has been deleted
- •Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
- •Export your data before deletion (contact support)
What Will Be Deleted
The following data will be permanently removed:
- •Your account profile and authentication credentials
- •All workspaces and associated content
- •Social media connections and tokens
- •Generated content (images, videos, captions)
- •Scheduled posts and content calendar
- •Brand identities and competitor analysis data
- •Billing history and transaction records
- •Usage analytics and activity logs
Important Notes
- •Content already published to social media platforms will remain on those platforms
- •Active subscriptions will be cancelled immediately
- •Unused credits will be forfeited and cannot be refunded
- •You will not be able to create a new account with the same email address for 30 days
- •If you have an active agency subscription, all team members will lose access
Deletion Process

- 2You will receive a 6-digit verification code valid for 10 minutes
- 3Enter the code on the verification page
- 4Confirm your decision in the final confirmation dialog
- 5Your account will be queued for deletion and erased within 24-48 hours
Warning: This process cannot be stopped once started
Once you submit your email and verify the code, you will immediately lose access to your account. The deletion process is irreversible.
