Fix Facebook connection issues

The wrong Facebook profile is signed in

Facebook opens normally, but the Page you need never shows up. This usually means the browser is signed into a different profile than the one that manages the Page.

The login window was closed or rejected

If the popup is closed or you tap cancel, Facebook sends you back without a working connection.

The Page exists, but you cannot fully manage it

Seeing a Page in Meta is not always enough. The person connecting it needs the right level of Page access.

Facebook and Instagram are linked in the wrong place

If your team expects both accounts to work together, check that the correct Instagram professional account is linked to the same Facebook Page.

If SEENALYZE AI shows the Facebook connection itself but no Pages appear in the card, our current flow ends up with an access token while Meta returns an empty Page list. In practice, this usually means the signed-in Facebook profile does not have the Page access Meta requires, or the wrong profile was used during login.
